What is it they are looking for? What is it you have to offer your followers? That is the question that needs to be so solved to ensure that you're giving your followers what they need.You also want to understand that you are unique in your business therefore what you're offering your followers needs to be unique is well. Your competitors maybe doing one thing that seems to be working for them but you need to find your own niche.

Another thing to make sure that you are posting and interacting on a consistent and regular basis.  On some platforms that can be several times a day plus making sure that you are responding to comments and other interactions.

If you have identified and implemented these in your social media, you also need to make sure that you have methods in place to monitor your social media interactions. There are tools available like Google Analytics that can help you track your clicks. You can also use tools like the analytics available on your social media accounts to see your interactions.
